Canning Academy of Performing Arts is a UK-based performing arts school offering dance, performance, and related educational services for children and young people.
All references to “students” include minors enrolled by a parent or legal guardian.

Late payments may result in additional charges or the suspension of the student’s place.

Fees are non-refundable except in cases of class cancellation by the School.

Trial classes (if offered) must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

3.4 Cancellation and Refund Policy

No refunds will be given for missed classes, absences, or changes in personal circumstances.

If the School cancels a class permanently, a credit or refund will be offered.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, teacher illness, or public health restrictions), classes may move online or be rescheduled.

4. Code of Conduct
We are committed to providing a positive, inclusive, and safe environment for all students.

4.1 Behaviour Expectations
Students are expected to:

Avoid disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour.

4.2 Disciplinary Action
If a student’s behaviour is consistently disruptive or unsafe, we reserve the right to suspend or dismiss them without refund.

5. Safeguarding and Child Protection
Canning Academy of Performing Arts takes child protection very seriously.
All staff working with children are DBS-checked and trained in safeguarding procedures.
Parents/guardians must:

Ensure timely drop-off and collection of students.

Notify us of any medical conditions, allergies, or additional needs.
We reserve the right to contact relevant authorities if we have safeguarding concerns.

6. Health, Safety, and Liability

Parents must inform us of any health or medical issues relevant to the student’s participation.
We reserve the right to deny participation if a student’s health condition poses a risk.

6.2 Injuries
While every precaution is taken to ensure safety, participation in dance and physical activity carries a risk of injury.
By enrolling, parents/guardians accept this risk and agree that Canning Academy of Performing Arts is not liable for any injuries sustained during classes, rehearsals, or performances, except in cases of proven negligence.

6.3 Personal Property
We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings brought to the School or event venues.

7. Photography, Video, and Media Consent
We may occasionally take photos or videos of classes, rehearsals, or performances for promotional or educational purposes.
By enrolling, you consent to the use of such media on our Website, social media, and marketing materials unless you opt out in writing.

11. Termination of Enrolment
We reserve the right to terminate a student’s enrolment due to:

Non-payment of fees,

Breach of the Code of Conduct, or

Behaviour deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
No refunds will be issued for termination on these grounds.

12. Limitation of Liability
Canning Academy of Performing Arts will not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation or Website use.

Any injury, loss, or damage not resulting from our negligence.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
